Each session ends with one small experiment that fits your context, for example a values check before committing, a calibration/coming home before difficult conversations, or a restful pause that interrupts compulsive doing. Is therapy online anywhere in California
Yes. Sessions are virtual for adults located anywhere in California at the time of the session. If there are emergencies outside of California, there may be exceptions made for “continuity of care.”
Can therapy support my leadership goals

How is this different from executive coaching
