“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
C.G. Jung

 You are the Challenger…

STRONG, DECISIVE, INDEPENDENT, CONFIDENT, DIRECT, CERTAIN, BLUNT, AND SELF-RELIANT.

But for some time you’ve been feeling exhausted because:

  • You do everything yourself, convinced that no one else will fight as fiercely.

  • You don’t eat all day, leaving you famished and grumpy with the people that matter the most.

  • Your “normal” is the constant muscle tension that you try to ignore until you can’t.

  • You berate yourself for any effort less than what’s “required.”

  • You pour 110% of your energy into your surroundings, feeling resentful when others don’t appreciate your sacrifices.

  • You keep everyone at arm’s length, avoiding rest until you collapse into it.

So you move against opportunities to rest, trying again to pour from an empty cup.

But This Isn’t New

You unconsciously guard yourself against vulnerability because:

  • You learned early on to harden yourself—better to risk being called “too much” than risk being hurt.

  • Your passion is misunderstood as aggression, leaving you guarding yourself from misinterpretation.

  • You fear being harmed or controlled, accepting zero nurturance.

  • You wish that you could let someone in, but worry it will be misunderstood or taken advantage of.

  • You won’t consider trusting until you see others holding their own.

  • You deeply want connection, but suspect you’ll be left to defend yourself.

Something needs to change… a relationship that invites you to rest, and know that vulnerability takes courage—so that you can fully attune and discern to your body’s intelligence.

Here Is Where I Come In

I help high-achieving, exhausted adults stay emboldened while championing causes/people who can’t defend themselves. I do this through guiding clients to become aware of, and heal from childhood core-wounds, which interfere with present-day work and personal relationships.

After therapy, you will experience:

  • An expansive and consistent knowing received from the bodies intelligence.

  • A boundary-setting that flows, rather than rigidly anticipates.

  • Experiencing strength without fighting every battle.

  • Embracing a few, deep, genuine connections that honor both your power and your tenderness.

  • An ease in trusting others to stand for you, and beside you.

  • A bold, impactful life where strength includes embracing your needs.
